Online therapy tailored to you

We recognise that seeking help is a significant step, and we strive to make the process as welcoming and supportive as possible. Our therapy services are confidential, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs.

Our range of therapeutic approaches

We offer a wide variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). However, this intervention is adapted for people who feel emotions very intensely. DBT aims to help you understand, accept and cope with your emotions.

Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)

Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) is a therapeutic approach that aims to help those who experience shame and self-criticism, which may result from past trauma. CFT aims to help you develop skills of compassion to others to support improvements in mood and relational problems.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is a type of cognitive behavioural therapy that has been shown to be beneficial in reducing symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder such as intrusive thoughts/memories, intense emotions and negative cognitions such as self-blame. CPT lasts between 12-20 sessions, and most people see a reduction in symptoms within 12 sessions. CPT helps individuals learn how to challenge and modify beliefs related to the trauma, which can impact recovery. This can help an individual to process and integrate traumatic experiences

Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)

Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy for treating trauma symptoms. It is recognised by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and the World Health Organisation (WHO) as a treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. EMDR can also be used to help with a range of presenting problems such as anxiety, depression, addictions, and relational issues.

Your therapy will be personalised, drawing on the approaches most suited to your circumstances and preferences, to ensure you receive effective, meaningful support.
